iZettle also offers very low credit card processing transaction fees, starting at 1.75% and dropping to as little as 1.00% per transaction, based on your monthly sales. Plus, there is no locked-in contract, no setup fee and no monthly fee, and you only pay for successful transactions.
Selecting iZettle as the credit card processing provider is extremely easy, and all you need to do is to choose iZettle as the payment gateway in the Credit Card Settings screen, and enter your iZettle username. Then, simply connect one of the available iZettle credit card readers to the iPad, and you can accept credit card payments directly from your iPad point of sale system! The new iZettle Reader takes chip, swipe and contactless payments from all major credit cards, as well as payments through Samsung Pay, Apple Pay and Android Pay.
You can login at anytime to your iZettle account and view and manage all the credit card transactions that you processed, and you can also issue refunds or void the credit card payments directly from the iPad POS app. You can also use the iZettle app for iPhone or Android anytime you want, if you need to perform additional functions related to the iZettle payments.
iZettle offers several mobile credit card readers: the iZettle Lite card reader is free for all business users, while the iZettle Pro Contactless card reader costs around $75, depending on your country. The Lite card reader connects via the iPad's audio jack, and it can read both chip and magstripe cards, while the Pro Contactless card reader connects via Bluetooth, and it can also accept contactless payments and Apple Pay.
